City of Enid Ward 2 Commissioner Derwin Norwood will speak at Black History Month on Wednesday, Feb. 26 at NOC Enid.
The program will begin at 11:30 a.m. in Montgomery Hall in the Gantz Center.
Norwood will speak on 鈥淎frican Americans and Labor.鈥澛 All NOC students, faculty, staff, and the public are invited.
A free lunch serving 鈥楧own Home Soul Food鈥 will be provided.
The event will be streamed by NOC.
